Rating System

It is finally time that I created my own rating system. I never had a standard way of rating a book, I just wrote down a number out of 5. This system is way late, but hey, at least I have it now. I decided that I was going to rate by stars like Goodreads, but I also included half- stars as well (I wish Goodreads would do this as well!!) Here are my overall opinions on a book based on the star rating.

1
1 star: No. Absolutely not.
1 1/2
1 and 1/2 Stars: There was one moment that saved it from being a total dud.
2
2 Stars: Some People May like this book, but I didn’t care too much for it.
2 1/2
2 and 1/2 Stars: It was almost decent, but didn’t quite make it.
3
3 stars: It honestly wasn’t that bad, but there was nothing there to make it stand out.
3 1/2
3 and 1/2 Stars:I really liked this book
4
4 stars: Wow this was a great read.
4 1/2
4 and 1/2 Stars: this book is absolutely amazing, I loved it.
5
5 Stars: OMG THIS BOOK IS THE CLOSEST THING TO PERFECTION, I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT AND AHHHHHH
